摘  要:骨髓细胞形态学一直是临床医学教学中的重点和难点,具有理论抽象、实践操作复杂的特点。传统教学模式因其教学资源不足和标准化有限等局限,无法满足新时代骨髓细胞形态学教学的需求。近年来,人工智能技术的快速发展为骨髓细胞形态学教学带来新机遇。本文系统阐述人工智能在骨髓细胞形态学教学中的应用新进展,深入探讨其应用价值及所面临的挑战。人工智能技术凭借其高效的图像识别、精准的形态学分析及标准化的诊断流程,不仅为学生提供高质量的学习资源,还通过实时反馈提升学习效率和教学质量。人工智能在教学中通过自动化分析和模拟训练可促进学生临床思维和综合诊断能力的培养,然而,其在应用中仍面临数据质量、个性化教学需求及师资培训等挑战。未来,应进一步探索人工智能与传统教学方法的深度融合,优化多维度教学策略,推动骨髓细胞形态学教学的改革与创新。ion and complex practical operation.Traditional teaching models due to their limited resources and standardization,fail to meet the needs of contemporary bone marrow cell morphology teaching.In recent years,the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has brought new opportunities to bone marrow cell morphology teaching.This paper systematically elucidates recent application progress on artificial intelligence in bone marrow cell morphology teaching,delving into its application value and the challenges it faces.Artificial intelligence technology,with its efficient image recognition,precise morphological analysis,and standardized diagnostic process,not only provides students with high-quality learning resources,but also improves learning efficiency and teaching quality through real-time feedback.Artificial intelligence can promote the cultivation of students’clinical thinking and comprehensive diagnostic abilities through automated analysis and simulation training in teaching.However,its application still faces challenges such as data quality,personalized teaching needs,and teacher training.In the future,further exploration is needed to deeply integrate artificial intelligence with traditional teaching methods,optimize multidimensional teaching strategies,and promote the reform and innovation of bone marrow cell morphology teaching.
