基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的独活寄生汤研究知识图谱可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 基于Cite Space和VOSviewer可视化分析独活寄生汤相关的研究热点及趋势。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网三大数据库2004年1月至2024年9月收录的独活寄生汤研究文献,利用Cite Space与VOSviewer文献计量工具,从发文趋势、期刊分布、作者合作、机构网络及关键词共现等维度展开分析,通过知识图谱可视化呈现该领域研究热点与发展趋势。结果 通过检索共获得7 440篇文献,筛选纳入3 106篇,独活寄生汤研究的年发文量总体呈现增长趋势,近年来趋于稳定,发文量最多的期刊为《内蒙古中医药》;发文最多的作者为李西海;主要研究机构为湖南中医药大学;高频关键词有“独活寄生汤”“类风湿性关节炎”“膝关节骨性关节炎”“腰椎间盘突出症”等;关键词聚类分析生成了“针灸”等10个聚类;关键词突现显示腰椎的研究持续时间最长。结论 独活寄生汤的相关研究领域广泛,但主要集中在骨伤科领域,各研究团队及机构之间交流与合作有待进一步加强,独活寄生汤主要解决的临床问题可能是疼痛、腰腿痛等,细胞凋亡、氧化应激等可能是未来开展机制研究的方向。Objective To visualize and analyze the research hotspots and trends related to Duhuo Jisheng Tang using CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Methods Retrieve research literature on Duhuo Jisheng Decoction published between January 2004 and September 2024 from three databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP.Utilizing bibliometric tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer,this study conducted multidimensional analyses encompassing publication trends,journal distribution,author collaboration,institutional networks,and keyword co-occurrence.Research hotspots and development trends in this field were visually presented through knowledge graph visualization.Results A total of 7440 literatures were retrieved,and 3106 literatures were included after screening.The annual pu-blication volume of research on Duhuo Jisheng Decoction showed an overall upward trend and had stabilized in recent years.Inner Mongolia Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine was the most prolific journal;Li Xihai was the most productive author;and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine was the main research institution.High-frequency keywords included“Duhuo Jisheng Tang”,“rheumatoid arthritis”,“knee osteoar-thritis”,“lumbar disc herniation”,and so on.Keyword cluster analysis generated ten clusters,including“acupuncture”.Keyword burst analysis showed that research on the lumbar spine had the longest duration. Conclusion The research fields related to Duhuo Jisheng Decoction are extensive, but primarily focused on orthopedics. There is a need for enhanced communication and collaboration among various research teams and institutions. Duhuo Jisheng Decoction mainly addresses clinical issues such as pain, lower back, and leg pain. Future mechanistic studies might explore areas like apoptosis and oxidative stress.
