基于治血三法分期辨治斑秃

摘　　要：本文阐明斑秃发病与血之虚实变化间的联系,提出血虚为斑秃发病之本,血热和血瘀为斑秃发病之标。根据不同分期血之虚实变化特点,提出斑秃的中医治疗应紧扣“血”字,总结斑秃治血三法。进展期以血热为主、热极生风,治疗重在清热凉血、养血生发;静止期以血瘀为主、湿瘀互结,治疗重在活血化瘀、通窍生发;恢复期以血虚为主、肝肾不足,治疗重在滋补肝肾、宁血补虚。The article clarifies the connection between the onset of alopecia areata and the changes of asthenia and sthenia of blood,suggests that blood deficiency is the root cause of alopecia areata,blood heat and blood stasis are the symptoms of alopecia areata.According to the characteristics of the changes of blood asthenia and sthenia in different stages,it is proposed that Chinese medicine in the treatment of alopecia areata should focus on the word“blood”,summarizes three methods of treating blood disorder.In the progression stage,blood heat is the main cause and heat generates wind,so the treatment focuses on clearing heat,cooling blood,and nourishing blood for hair growth;in the static stage,blood stasis is the main cause and wetness and stasis are intertwined,so the treatment focuses on activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and opening the orifices to promote hair growth;in the recovery stage,blood deficiency is the main cause,as well as deficiency of liver and kidney,so the treatment focuses on tonifying liver and kidney,pacifying blood and nourishing deficiency.
