摘　　要：目的 探讨赵心波老中医治疗小儿癫痫的用药经验。方法 收集《赵心波(中国百年百名中医临床家丛书)》《赵心波神经系统疾病验案选》《赵心波儿科临床经验选编》及1967年12月至1979年12月中国中医科学院西苑医院儿科赵心波治疗癫痫的处方信息。建立Excel标准化数据库,采用SPSS Modeler 18.0软件和SPSS Statistics26.0软件对高频中药进行关联规则分析和聚类分析,并使用Origin 2024软件和Cytoscape 3.8软件进行数据可视化。结果 共纳入符合标准的处方72首,其中急性期处方45首,缓解期处方27首。急性期以全蝎、钩藤、红花、天麻、桃仁等使用频次最高。功效以平肝息风、化痰止咳平喘、活血化瘀为主。通过关联分析,得到核心药物组合为全蝎-钩藤-红花-天麻-桃仁。聚类分析得到4个药组。缓解期以钩藤、全蝎、桃仁、红花、六神曲等使用频次最高。功效以平肝息风、清热、补虚为主。通过关联分析,得到核心药物组合为红花-全蝎-钩藤-青礞石-桃仁-地龙。聚类分析得到3个药组。结论 赵心波论治小儿癫痫注重从“风、热、痰、瘀、虚”辨证,急性期重用金石,缓解期标本兼治,同时将活血之法贯穿始终。其理法方药,对儿科疑难、急症、重症的治疗仍有借鉴之处。Objective To explore Old Chinese Zhao Xinbo’s medication experience in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy.Methods Prescription informations of Zhao Xinbo(Series of 100 Chinese Medical Clinicians Over the Past Century),Zhao Xinbo Nervous System Disease Experience Selected,Zhao Xinbo Pediatric Clinical Experience Selected,Zhao Xinbo in the treatment of epilepsy at Department of Pediatrics,Xiyuan Hospital in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from December 1967 to December 1979 were collected.Standardized Excel database was established.SPSS Modeler 18.0 software and SPSS Statistics 26.0 software were used to conduct association rule analysis and cluster analysis on high-frequency Chinese materia medica.Origin 2024 software and Cytoscape 3.8 software were used for data visualization.Results A total of 72 prescriptions that met the criteria were included,included 45 acute phase prescriptions and 27 remission phase prescriptions.During acute phase,Scorpio,Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis,Carthami Flos,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Persicae Semen and others had the highest frequency of use.Main functions were to calm liver,calm wind,reduce phlegm,relieve cough and asthma,and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Through correlation analysis,core drug combination was determined to be Scorpio-Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis-Carthami Flos-Gastrodiae Rhizoma-Persicae Semen.Cluster analysis identified four drug groups.During remission period,the most frequently used ingredients include Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis,Scorpio,Persicae Semen,Carthami Flos,Medicated Leaven.Main functions were to calm liver,calm wind,clear heat,and supplement deficiency.Through correlation analysis,core drug combination was determined to be Carthami Flos-Scorpio-Uncariae Ramulus Cum Uncis-Chloriti Lapis-Persicae Semen-Pheretima.Cluster analysis resulted in three drug groups.Conclusion Zhao Xinbo in the treatment of pediatric epilepsy emphasizes differentiation of syndrome based on“wind,heat,phlegm,blood stasis,and deficiency”,in acute phase,the us
