四川省基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 调查基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力现状并分析其影响因素,为提升基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力提供参考依据。方法 2024年4月至8月采用分层整群抽样法抽取四川省五大经济区(成都平原、川东北、川南、攀西、川西)的1 259名基层护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力自评问卷进行横断面调查,采用单因素分析、多元逐步回归分析基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力的影响因素。结果 基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力总分为(125.45±20.78)分,预防能力、准备能力和救援能力3个维度得分分别为(11.14±1.81)、(13.92±2.86)、(100.39±16.99)分。单因素分析结果显示:不同地区、工作年限、二级以上医院工作经历、近5年传染病应急救援经历(地震、火灾等)应急救援经历、近5年传染病应急演练经历及培训经历的基层护士应对能力得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元逐步回归分析显示,工作年限、所在地区、二级以上医院工作经历、近5年应急救援经历(传染病、地震、火灾等)、近5年传染病应急演练及培训经历是基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 基层护士传染病突发事件应对能力处于中等水平,有待提高。基层医疗机构管理者应做好传染病突发事件的培训工作,特别是在特定情形下传染病应对措施、症状监测及疾病上报等内容的培训,另外各级政府部门应多举措促进卫生资源的协调配置,缩小各地区卫生资源差距,提高基层护士传染病应对能力总体水平。Objective To investigate the current status of primary nurses’ability to respond to infectious disease emergencies and analyze their influencing factors,in order to provide a reference basis for improving primary nurses’ability to respond to infectious disease emergencies.Methods From April to August 2024,1259 primary nurses from the five economic zones of Sichuan Province(Chengdu Plain,Northeast Sichuan,South Sichuan,Panxi,and West Sichuan)were selected by stratified cluster sampling method,and a cross-sectional survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire and a self-assessment questionnaire on the ability of primary nurses to cope with infectious disease emergencies,and the factors affecting the ability of primary nurses to cope with infectious disease emergencies were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance,multiple stepwise regression was used to analyse the factors affecting primary nurses’ability to cope with infectious disease emergencies.Results The total score of primary nurses’infectious disease emergency response competence was(125.45±20.78)points,and the scores of the three dimensions of prevention,preparedness and rescue competence were(11.14±1.81),(13.92±2.86)and(100.3±16.99)points,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that the difference between the coping ability scores of primary nurses from different regions,years of working experience,working experience in hospitals above the second level,experience in emergency rescue of infectious diseases in the past five years,experience in emergency rescue of(earthquakes and fires),experience in emergency drills,and training working experience in hospitals above the second level, emergency rescue experience in the past five years (infectious disease, earthquake, fire, etc.), and emergency drills and training experience in infectious disease in the past five years were the factors influencing the ability of primary nurses to respond to infectious disease emergencies (P<0.05).
