摘　　要：目的 整合相关质性研究,系统评价颅内动脉瘤患者的患病体验。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、Pub Med、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science核心合集数据库、CINAHL中关于颅内动脉瘤患者患病体验的质性研究,检索时间为建库至2024年2月。使用JBI循证卫生保健中心的质性研究质量评价标准对文献进行评估,并通过汇集性整合方法对结果进行总结。结果 共纳入9篇文献,归纳为8个新类别,提炼出3个相关主题:疾病造成的影响;疾病应对方式;疾病相关需求。结论 颅内动脉瘤对患者的影响是持续的,患者对疾病的处理方式和需求存在差异,医护人员不仅要关注患者治疗过程中的需求,而且要关注患者的心理需求,同时联合家属、医院和社会,给予患者持续、动态的支持和干预,引导其积极面对疾病,减轻恐惧情绪。Objective To systematically evaluate the experience of patients with intracranial aneurysm by integrating relevant qualitative research.Methods Qualitative research on intracranial aneurysm experience in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science core collection database,and CINAHL were searched by computer,the search period was from establishment of the database to February 2024.The literature was evaluated using the qualitative research quality evaluation criteria of the JBI Center for Evidence-based Health Care,and the results were summarized by a pooled integration method.Results A total of nine articles were included,which were summarized into eight new categories,and three related topics were extracted:the impact caused by diseases;coping style;and disease-related needs.Conclusion The impact of intracranial aneurysm on patients is persistent,and patients have different ways of dealing with the disease and their needs.Medical staff should not only pay attention to the needs of patients in the treatment process,but also pay attention to the psychological needs of patients,and at the same time,in conjunction with families,hospital,and society,give patients continuous and dynamic support and intervention,guide them to actively face the disease and reduce fear.
