基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析中医药防治化疗后骨髓抑制研究现状、热点及趋势

摘　　要：目的 基于Cite Space知识图谱软件可视化分析中医药防治化疗后骨髓抑制研究现状、热点及趋势。方法 计算机检索来源于中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普网中主题为“中医药防治化疗后骨髓抑制”相关文献,检索时间为2020年1月至2024年3月。经两次筛选核对后,利用Cite Space和Excel软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词等绘制知识图谱、建立表格数据,进行可视化分析。结果 最终纳入可分析文献4 324篇。年发文量整体呈上升趋势,2020年达到顶峰。以贾英杰为核心的团队发文量最高;南京中医药大学发文量最高;提取到高频关键词“临床疗效”“乳腺癌”“生活质量”“免疫功能”和“胃癌”;形成以化疗、临床疗效、临床药理等为核心的7个聚类;“艾灸”“临床药理”“数据挖掘”关键词近几年突现强度较强。结论 中医药防治化疗后骨髓抑制研究已较为成熟完备,逐渐向更精细的研究层面递进。研究热点集中在临床疗效和生活质量,以艾灸为代表的中医外治法、临床药理和数据挖掘可能是未来研究发展趋势。Objective To visualize and analyze of the current status,hotspots,and trends of research on traditional Chinese medicine against post-chemotherapy myelosuppression based on CiteSpace knowledge mapping software.Methods The computer search was based on the relevant literature on the topic of“traditional Chinese medicine prevention and treatment of post-chemotherapy myelosuppression”from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP,and the search time was from January 2020 to March 2024.After double screening and checking,CiteSpace and Excel software were used to draw the knowledge map and establish the tabular data of the authors,institutions,and keywords of the included literature,and carried out the visualization and analysis.Results A total of 4324 literatures were included.The overall trend of annual publication volume was upward,and reached the peak in 2020.The team centred on Jia Yingjie had the highest number of publications;Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine had the highest number of literatures;high-frequency keywords“clinical efficacy”,“breast cancer”,“quality of life”,“immune function”,and“gastric cancer”had been extracted;seven clusters were formed with chemotherapy,clinical efficacy,clinical pharmacology,and so on as the core;the keywords“moxibustion”,“clinical pharmacology”,and“data mining”had emerged more strongly in recent years.Conclusion The study of traditional Chinese medicine against post-chemotherapy myelosuppression has been relatively mature and complete,and is gradually progressing to a more refined level of research.The research hotspots focus on clinical efficacy and quality of life,with moxibustion as a representative of the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical pharmacology,and data mining may be the development trend of future research.
