摘 要:前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤是常见的关节病之一,需进行ACL重建术以恢复关节功能,但移植物失败率仍达0.7%~14.0%。ACL重建术后的移植物愈合过程对降低失败率至关重要,包括骨隧道内和关节内愈合,该复杂过程被称为移植物韧带化。影像学评估在ACL重建术后移植物韧带化中起重要作用,磁共振成像能准确测量移植物体积、横截面积和信号强度,X线适用于观察骨结构,计算机断层扫描则提供更详细的解剖图像。通过影像学评估,可更清楚地了解ACL移植物愈合情况,提供更合理的治疗方案,从而提高治疗效果。本文对ACL重建术后移植物韧带化的影像学评估研究进展进行综述,有望为临床治疗方案提供理论依据。Anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)injury is one of the most common joint diseases that requires ACL reconstruction to restore joint function,but graft failure rate is still 0.7%to 14.0%.The graft healing process after ACL reconstruction is critical to reducing the failure rate,including the healing in bone tunnel and articular,this complex process is known as graft ligamentization.Imaging evaluation plays an important role in graft ligamentization after ACL reconstruction,with magnetic resonance imaging being able to accurately measure graft volume,cross-sectional area,and signal intensity,X-rays being useful for observing bone structure,computed tomography providing more detailed anatomical images.Through imaging evaluation,the healing status of ACL grafts can be more clearly understood,a more reasonable treatment plan can be provided,so as to improve treatment effect.This article reviews research progress on imaging evaluation of graft ligamentization after ACL reconstruction,hoping to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment options.
