摘　　要：目的 梳理外治法在过敏性鼻炎(AR)应用的相关文献,分析其研究现状及发展趋势。方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及维普网建库至2024年10月AR外治法研究的相关文献,应用Note Express文献管理软件进行查重筛选,将纳入文献以“Ref Works-Cite Space”形式导入Cite Space 6.1.R6软件,进行年度发文量分析,作者、机构共现分析及关键词共现、突现、聚类分析。结果 最终纳入文献323条,最早发文见于20世纪80年代,2023年发文量达到顶峰,张勤修是发文量最多的学者,发文量最多的机构是成都中医药大学,研究热点关键词包括综述、穴位贴敷、儿童等共计298个,形成针灸疗法、鼻鼽、中医外治等10个核心聚类,突现关键词近年来以中医药、儿童、中医治疗等为主。结论 穴位疗法、针灸疗法等是AR临床常用外治方法,尤其重视穴位贴敷临床应用。Objective To review the literature on the application of external treatment in allergic rhinitis(AR)and analyze its research status and development trend.Methods The relevant literature on AR external treatment was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP database from inception to October 2024,and the literature management software NoteExpress was used for review and screening.The included literatures were imported into CiteSpace 6.1.R6 software in the form of“RefWorks-CiteSpace”,and the annual number of publications,co-occurrence analysis of authors and institutions,and keyword co-occurrence,emergence,and cluster analysis were carried out.Results A total of 323 literatures were included in the study.The earliest literatures were published in the 1980s,and the number of literatures peaked in 2023.Zhang Qinxiu was the scholar with the most literatures,and the institution with the most literatures was Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.There were 298 research hot keywords including review,acupoint application,children,etc.It formed ten core clusters such as acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,allergic rhinitis,traditional Chinese medicine external treatment.In recent years,the main key words were traditional Chinese medicine,children,traditional Chinese medicine treatment,and so on.Conclusion Acupoint therapy,acupuncture,and moxibustion therapy are commonly used in AR clinical external treatment methods,especially the clinical application of acupoint application.
