摘　　要：目的 探讨新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院克拉玛依医院医务人员科研项目公平申报机制在学术自尊与科研诚信认知的中介效应。方法 采用整群抽样的方法,选取2024年3月至8月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院克拉玛依医院工作的285名医务人员为研究对象。以问卷调查的方式了解学术自尊、科研项目公平申报机制和科研诚信认知感之间的关系,并进行相关性和中介效应检验。结果 相关性分析结果显示,学术自尊与科研项目公平申报机制、科研诚信认知感呈正相关(r=0.433、0.417,P<0.01);科研项目公平申报机制与科研诚信认知感呈正相关(r=0.447,P<0.01)。中介效应检验结果显示,学术自尊对科研诚信认知的预测作用显著(β=0.304,t=7.726,P<0.01);当加入中介变量科研项目公平申报机制后,学术自尊对科研诚信认知的预测作用依然显著(β=0.201,t=4.856,P<0.01),科研项目公平申报机制对科研诚信认知的预测作用显著(β=0.264,t=5.770,P<0.01);同时,学术自尊对科研项目公平申报机制的预测作用显著(β=0.391,t=8.072,P<0.01)。结论 在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院克拉玛依医院的医务人员中,学术自尊、科研项目公平申报机制和科研诚信认知感之间存在显著的正相关。科研项目公平申报机制在学术自尊与科研诚信认知之间发挥了中介作用。Objective To explore the mediating effect of a fair declaration mechanism for scientific research projects among medical staff in Karamay Hospital of People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in terms of academic self-esteem and perceptions of scientific research integrity.Methods Using the cluster sampling method,285 medical staff from Karamay Hospital of People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were selected from March 2024 to August 2024.The relationship among academic self-esteem,the fair declaration mechanism of scientific research projects,and the sense of cognition of scientific research integrity was understood through questionnaire surveys,and correlation and mediating effect tests were conducted.Results Correlation analysis results showed that,academic self-esteem was positively correlated with the fair declaration mechanism of scientific research projects and the sense of cognition of scientific research integrity (r=0.433, 0.417, P<0.01);the fair declaration mechanism of scientific research projects was positively correlated with the sense of cognition of scientific research integrity (r=0.447, P<0.01). The results of the mediating effect test indicated that academic self-esteem had a significant predictive effect on the cognition of scientific research integrity (β=0.304, t=7.726, P<0.01);when the mediating variable, the fair declaration mechanism of scientific research projects was added, the predictive effect of academic self-esteem on the cognition of scientific research integrity remained significant (β=0.201,t=4.856, P<0.01), and the predictive effect of the fair declaration mechanism of scientific research projects on the cognition of scientific research integrity was significant (β= 0.264, t=5.770, P<0.001);meanwhile, academic self-esteem had a significant predictive effect on the fair declaration mechanism of scientific research projects (β=0.391, t=8.072, P<0.01).
