国内外五行音乐干预负性情绪的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 可视化分析国内外五行音乐干预负性情绪的研究现状、热点演化。方法 检索2000年1月至2023年12月中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台及Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于五行音乐干预负性情绪的文献。采用CiteSpace6.2.R4(64-bit)Advanced版本软件对筛选文献的年度、国家、作者、机构及关键词进行分析。结果 最终纳入有效文献2 391篇,包括中文文献2 073篇,英文文献318篇。国内外发文量均稳步增长,国内高于国外。中英文期刊发文量最多的分别是《光明中医》和《Frontiers in Psychology》。中国发文量最多,研究机构主要集中在大学和医院。中英文文献发文量最多的作者分别是刘振寰和Lai HL。国内外研究热点相似,集中在抑郁、焦虑、失眠等负性情绪的干预,以及肿瘤、乳腺癌等疾病的辅助治疗。中文文献高频关键词是五行音乐、五音疗法、抑郁,英文文献高频关键词是anxiety。国内前沿研究内容为睡眠质量、穴位按摩和疼痛等,国外前沿研究内容为anxiety和music therapy等。结论 五行音乐干预负性情绪的国内外研究皆展现出良好的未来发展态势和广阔的发展前景。研究热点聚焦于五音疗法干预的优势病种、作用机制和选调,研究趋势呈现中医技术联合应用、技术流程再优化、国外应用日益广泛3个特点。Objective To conduct visual analysis on research status and hotspots evolution of five elements music in the intervention of negative emotion domestically and internationally.Methods Literatures on five elements music in the intervention of negative emotion in CNKI,Wanfang Data,and Web of Science Core Collection Database from January 2000 to December 2023 were retrieved.The selected literatures on year,country,author,institution,and keywords were analyzed by using CiteSpace6.2.R4(64-bit)Advanced software.Results Finally,2391 valid literatures were included,included 2073 Chinese literature and 318 English literature.The number of publications both domestically and internationally had steadily increased,with domestic publications exceeded those of international publications.The journals with the highest publication volume in both Chinese and English literatures were Guangming Traditional Chinese Medicine and Frontiers in Psychology.China had the highest number of publications,with research institutions mainly concentrated in universities and hospitals.The authors with the highest number of publications in both Chinese and English literatures were Liu Zhenhuan and Lai HL.Domestic and international research hotspots were similar,focused on the intervention of negative emotion such as depression,anxiety and insomnia,as well as the adjuvant treatment of tumors,breast cancer and other diseases.The high-frequency keywords in Chinese literature were five elements music,five tones therapy,and depression,while the high-frequency keyword in English literature was anxiety.The domestic cutting-edge research content included sleep quality,acupoint massage,and pain,while the international cutting-edge research content included anxiety and music therapy.Conclusion The domestic and international research on the intervention of negative emotion with five elements music has shown a promising future development trend and broad prospects.The research hotspots focus on advantageous diseases,action mechanisms,and selection for the inter
