摘　　要：本标准的制定旨在规范基层医疗卫生机构对糖尿病的筛查、诊断和流程,以期提高基层糖尿病诊疗服务水平。This standard is established to normalize the screening and diagnosis of diabetes mellitus,in order to improve the management level of diabetes mellitus in the primary healthcare settings.
