摘 要:为提高某直径6 m大型盾构机主轴齿轮组的承载能力,降低齿根应力和传动误差波动范围,根据齿轮组的分布情况对8个驱动齿轮和内齿轮进行优化。考虑盾构机工作状态下轴向力、径向力、颠覆力矩和轴承支撑对齿轮传动的影响,对齿轮组齿形进行多参数和多目标优化,并根据齿形优化结果对齿轮组实际装配中心距进行优化,进一步提高齿轮组承载能力。齿形多参数优化结果表明:齿轮组表面接触应力下降了26.0%,内齿轮齿根应力下降了40.9%,传递误差波动范围缩小了63.6%。装配中心距优化结果表明:齿轮组表面接触应力下降8.5%。对盾构机主轴齿轮组优化设计后,齿轮组承载能力得到提高,啮合更加平稳。The main shaft gear set of shield machine is the core unit of shield machine for tunneling.In order to improve the bearing capacity of the main shaft gear set of a large shield machine with a diameter of 6 meters and reduce the fluctuation of tooth root stress and transmission error,eight driving gears and inner ring gear are optimized according to the distribution of the gear set.Considering the influence of axial force,radial force,subversive moment and bearing support on gear transmission under the working condition of shield machine,multi-parameter and multi-objective optimization of gear set tooth shape is carried out.According to the results of tooth shape optimization,the actual assembly center distance of gear set is optimized to further improve the bearing capacity of gear set.The multi-parameter optimization results show that the surface contact stress of the gear group is reduced by up to 26.0%,the root bending stress of the inner ring gear is reduced by up to 40.9%,and the fluctuation range of the transmission error is reduced by up to 63.6%.The optimization results of assembly center distance show that the surface contact stress of gear set is reduced by up to 8.5%.After the optimization design of the gear set of the main shaft gear of the shield machine,the bearing capacity of the gear set is improved and the meshing is more stable,which has reference significance for the actual project.
