摘  要:主要研究阻尼器对BTA刀具振动的主动控制,首先依据深孔钻削系统,建立BTA钻削刀具轴向振动动力学模型。为了验证普通钻削和振动钻削模型的有效性,对各刀齿的轴向力、径向力以及主切削力的波形图进行了比较。然后搭建含有阻尼器的BTA深孔钻削试验平台,在进给量f _(r)为0.05 mm/r的前提下,检测不同转速的普通钻削和振动钻削在15~55 mm深度下的圆度误差,结果表明含有阻尼器的BTA刀具,振动钻削方式获得了较好的表面质量,为后续的BTA刀具振动控制的相关研究提供了试验支撑。The active control of deep hole BTA tool on drilling vibration is studied in this paper,firstly,a deep hole drilling system with dampers is established,the axial and radial motion trajectories of ordinary drilling and vibration drilling are listed respectively.In order to verify the validity of the vibration model of ordinary drilling and vibration drilling,the waveforms of axial force,radial force and cutting force under different cutting parameters are compared and selected.Then it sets up a test platform containing dampers for drilling deep holes in BTA,the roundness error at the depth of 15~55 mm is measured,and the surface quality of deep hole is compared with that of feed f _(r)=0.05 mm/r at the same speed.The results show that the vibration drilling method of BTA tool with damper can improve the surface quality of deep holes,which provides test support for the subsequent BTA tool vibration related research.
