摘 要:本文以菲律宾某光伏电站为例,对低纬度地区光伏电站的支架形式进行比选。提出用双坡型式的太阳能电池板支架与单坡型式的太阳能支架进行比选。建立支架的三维有限元模型,计算支架的内力和变形,比较支架在相同载荷条件下的不同作用。在项目区域,根据不同的支架形式布置合理的方阵间距,比较对占地面积的影响。考虑到太阳辐射、阴影遮挡等因素的影响,通过Pvsyst模拟发电量。通过结构受力分析、材料用量、占地面积、发电量等方面进行综合比选,确定适用于该项目的支架结构形式。为类似低纬度地区光伏电站支架形式比选和布置提供参考。Based on a solar power station in the Philippines,the support forms applying to the solar power stations in the low-latitude regions were compared and analyzed,which involved in the double-pitch and single-pitch supports of solar power panel.A 3D finite element model was built to calculate the internal force and deformation of the supports,and compare different effect of the supports under the same load condition.Within the range of the above project,a reasonable spacing of square arrays was designed respectively according to different support forms and the occupational areas were compared.Pvsyst was used to simulate the power generating capacity of solar power station by considering the effect of solar radiation,shadow and etc.The suitable support form could be determined subject to the structure stress analysis,the consumption of materials,the occupational area and power generating capacity.The research results could provide a reference for the comparison and layout of the support for the solar power stations in low latitude areas.
