摘  要:唐山LNG海水取排水工程取水管道采用2 200 mm大直径玻璃钢管,顶进长度820 m,端部连接取水头,由于顶管长度长,在顶管中间设置了6个中继间,步履式连锁式启动,单双组交替前进,起到较好的顶进效果。顶管末端位置由于位于海内,设计在取水头附近布置了加氯管线,使得本工程玻璃钢顶管需接取水头钢管管段,顶管端部设置钢制转换节,解决了加氯管线出顶管的难题,采用无接收井水下取机头施工工艺,打破了顶管接收井的常规思路,为今后类似工程施工起到借鉴作用。In Tangshan LNG seawater intake and drainage project,2200 mm FRP pipe was adopted,the pipe jacking length was 820 m,the pipe end was connected to the water intake head.6 relay rooms was set along the pipe jacking,which supported the walking interlock start-up and alternately going forward,realized better pipe jacking effect.Because the pipe jacking end was under seawater,the chlorine pipeline was arranged near the water head,which connected FRP pipe jacking to the water-intake steel pipe.In addition,steel joints were set at the end of pipe jacking to help the chlorine pipeline passing through the pipe jacking.The underwater construction technology of water-intake head without receiving well was adopted,which was different from the conventional design idea,could provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
