绿色生态视角下的某市民中心方案设计研究

摘　　要：近年来,市民中心已成为一种在城市中大量新建的公共建筑,建筑的功能主要是服务于城市中的居民,其建筑设计对城市空间形态及自然环境具有重要意义。但难免有一些市民中心的建筑创作存在过于关注手法或展示流程等问题,不适用于现代城市生活的需求。因此,本研究以盐城市某南海未来城市民中心为例,从规划布局、建筑设计、交通与景观、绿色建筑等方面进行论述如何从绿色生态视角展开市民中心的建筑设计实践,以期为今后的市民中心建筑设计提供一定的借鉴和启示意义。As a kind of new public buildings in many cities in recent years,the civic center serves the residents in the cities.The architecture design is of great significance to the urban spatial form and natural environment.However,it is inevitable that more attention has been paid to the techniques or display processes in some architecture designs,which do not meet the needs of modern urban life.By analyzing the civic center of Nanhai Future Town in Yancheng City,a green-ecology-based civic center was discussed from the aspects of planning layout,architecture design,transportation,landscaping,green building and etc.,which served as a reference and had significance for the architecture design of civic center in future.
