摘　　要：探讨冶金机械设备的质量管理与维护措施的重要性,分析设备选型、采购、安装调试和运行质量监控中的关键管理内容,揭示了常见问题,如设备选型不当、采购质量把控不足、安装调试不规范及运行维护欠缺等。针对这些问题,提出了健全维护制度、加强日常与定期检修、提升维护人员技能和应用数字化技术预警等措施,以提高冶金机械设备的运行效率和使用寿命。This paper discusses the importance of quality management and maintenance measures for metallurgical machinery and equipment.It analyzes the key management contents in equipment selection,procurement,installation and commissioning,and operation quality monitoring,and reveals common problems such as improper equipment selection,insufficient quality control in procurement,non-standard installation and commissioning,and lack of operation and maintenance.In response to these problems,this paper proposes measures such as perfecting the maintenance system,strengthening daily and regular inspections,improving the skills of maintenance personnel,and applying digital technology for early warning to improve the operation efficiency and service life of metallurgical machinery and equipment.
