浅谈无取向硅钢工业化退火生产工艺研究

摘  要:针对新设计成分下的无取向硅钢材料,通过试验室30 min条件下再结晶退火试验,找到最低再结晶温度,并以此为依据在试验室模拟了工业化生产退火工艺试验,同时通过微观金相、织构等检测,指导工业化退火工艺制定,提高此材料工业化生产开发效率,降低开发成本,最终找到该成分无取向硅钢最佳退火保温温度为830℃,此时铁损相对较低,磁极化强度最优。This paper is aimed at the non-oriented silicon steel materials with new designed components.Through the recrystallization annealing test under laboratory condition of 30min,the lowest recrystallization temperature is found,and the industrial production annealing process test is simulated in the laboratory based this.At the same time,through the detection of microstructure,texture and so on,the formulation of industrial annealing process is guided to improve the development of industrial production of this material and reduce the development cost.Finally,the best annealing holding temperature of 830℃is found for the non-oriented silicon with this composition,at which the iron loss is relatively low and the magnetic polarization intensity is the best.
