高等级弹簧钢丝深度拉拔质量问题的研究

摘　　要：SWRH82B高等级弹簧钢丝因其高强度广泛应用于重要工程领域。研究了SWRH82B弹簧钢丝在深度拉拔过程中出现的质量问题,分析了影响因素,包括表面质量、异常微观组织等,并提出了改善措施。研究结果表明,控制原料铸坯质量、控制原料表面形成缺陷等是提高SWRH82B钢丝拉拔性能的重要途径。SWRH82B high-grade spring steel wire is widely used in important engineering fields due to its high strength.This article studies the quality problems that occur during the deep drawing process of SWRH82B spring steel wire,analyzes the influencing factors,including surface quality,abnormal microstructure,etc.,and proposes improvement measures.The research results indicate that controlling the quality of raw material castings and controlling the formation of defects on the surface of raw materials are important ways to improve the drawing performance of SWRH82B steel wire.
