摘  要:剖析硫系易切削钢的生产难点,介绍某炼钢厂通过优化转炉、精炼、连铸生产工艺,实现了对硫系易切削钢冶炼成分精准控制和铸坯质量的稳定,控制钢水氧含量在0.003%~0.006%范围和钢水WMn/WS比在3.0~4.0[1],既改善连铸坯表面针孔和皮下气泡缺陷,又保证最优切削性能,有效保证了钢水质量和批量生产能力。This paper analyzes the production difficulties of sulfur-based easy-cutting steel,and introduces that by optimizing the converter,refining and continuous casting production process,a steel mill has achieved accurate control of the smelting composition of sulfur-prone-cutting steel and the stability of the slab quality.The oxygen content of steel water in the range of 0.003%~0.006%and the ratio of molten steel WMn/WS is 3.0~4.0^([1]),which not only improves the surface pinholes and subcutaneous bubble defects of the continuous billet,but also ensures the optimal cutting performance,which effectively ensures the quality of molten steel and mass production capacity.
