安徽省冶金行业特色高校毕业生就业结构分析

摘　　要：基于10年的长周期视角,对信息披露质量较好的安徽省某冶金行业特色高校进行就业结构分析,体现出本科生升学质量很高、研究生就业稳定性较强等优势,同时也存在不同学院和性别之间高度不平衡、灵活就业均成为不可忽视的群体等问题和挑战,针对性提出了加强信息披露的一致性和可比性,进一步带动就业工作,提升平衡管理能力,形成克服就业瓶颈的有力抓手,政府积极主动为毕业生解决社会保障权益等建议措施。Based on the long-period perspective of 10 years,this paper analyzes the employment structure of the university with metallurgical characteristic of Anhui Province,which has the good information disclosure quality,it reflects that the advantages of high quality of postgraduate entrance examination and strong stability of postgraduate employment.At the same time,there are also problems and challenges such as high imbalance between different colleges and genders,flexible employment has become a group which cannot be ignored.Some suggestions are put forward such as strengthening the consistency and comparability of information disclosure to further promote employment work,improving balanced management capabilities to form a powerful starting point for overcoming employment bottlenecks,and the government should proactively taken measures to solve social protection rights for graduates.
