摘　　要：数智化语境下国际传播格局和国际话语场面临深刻调整,加快构建中国话语和中国叙事体系,全面提升国际传播效能成为亟待解决的重点。元话语作为一种话语实践和叙事框架在国际传播中具有增强传播有效性、重塑交往关系的重要作用。基于此,结合行动者网络理论和元话语理论,从“平衡话语叙事网络”概念入手,探讨国际传播话语体系和叙事体系的建构逻辑和策略,在平衡的叙述主体、叙事场域重组和交往互动传播的路径中推动构建更有效力中国国际传播体系,促进全球话语走向交往、对话、互动和平衡。In the context of digitalization and intelligence,the international communication landscape and international discourse field are facing profound adjustments.Accelerating the construction of a Chinese discourse and narrative system and comprehensively enhancing the effectiveness of international communication have become urgent priorities.Metadiscourse,as a discourse practice and narrative framework,plays an important role in enhancing the effectiveness of communication and reshaping interpersonal relationships in international communication.Based on this,combining actor network theory and metadiscourse theory,starting from the concept of“balanced discourse narrative network”,this paper explores the construction logic and strategies of the international communication discourse system and narrative system.It promotes the construction of a more effective Chinese international communication system through the paths of balanced narrative subjects,narrative field restructuring,and interactive communication,and promotes global discourse towards interaction,dialogue,interaction,and balance.
