摘 要:数智改变人类的生产、生活,触发新的体育样态。数智既是体育专业人才培养的创新要素,也是一流体育专业的题中之义。笔者基于“双万计划”提出的一流专业建设目标,以数智技术在一流体育专业建设中的应用为线索,对数智赋能体育人才培养的内在机理与实践路径进行了探讨。研究认为数智技术赋能体育人才培养的内在机理是:(1)构建大中小纵向联动、社会横向联合的生源数智扶优机制,实现生源扶优;(2)打造人才培养供需协同的新通道,促进专业人才更高质量的培养以适应社会需求;(3)重构学习场景,拓宽人才培养资源,增强师资和条件的保障度;(4)创新教、评样态,通过数据循证促进专业人才培养目标的达成。数智赋能体育专业人才的实践路径是:建设体育专业学训赛管数智新基建,推动人才培养的数智化进阶;应用驱动,项目牵引,构建常态化的体育师资数智素养提升机制;共享慧治,打造生源、培养、就业三环联动的体育专业数智服务平台;涵养体育专业数智道德生态,推动体育专业育人数智养德的发展。Digital intelligence has profoundly changed human production and life and triggered the reform of physical education.Digital intelligence is not only an innovative element of sports talent cultivation,but also the meaning of first-class physical education major.Based on the first-class major construction goal put forward by the“Double Ten-Thousand Plan”,and taking the application of digital intelligence technology in the first-class physical education major construction as a clue,this paper makes a discussion on the inner mechanisms and practical paths of digital intelligence empowering sports talent cultivation.The underlying mechanisms are building a digital intelligence supporting mechanism for students with vertical linkage between large,medium,small links and horizontal social integration,so as to realize the support of students;creating a new channel for the coordination of supply and demand of talent cultivation,and promoting the talent cultivation to meet the social needs with higher quality;reconstructing the learning scenes,expanding talent cultivation resources,and enhancing the ganrantee of teachers and conditions;innovating teaching and evaluation,and promoting the achievement of professional talent cultivation goals through data verification.The practical paths are to build a new infrastructure of digital intelligence sports talents and promote the level of talent cultivation with big digital and artificial intelligence;be driven by applications and projects,and build a normalized mechanism for improving the digital intelligence literacy of physical education teachers;be inclusive and open,and build a physical education major digital intelligence service platform with the linkage of students,training and employment;cultivate the digital intelligence and moral ecology of physical education major,and promote the digital and intelligence and moral cultivation of physical education major.
