数字赋能农村公共体育服务高质量发展:内在动力、现实困囿与实践路径

摘　　要：数字赋能是推动农村公共体育服务高质量发展的有力推手,也是促进群众体育全面发展的重要手段,对推进数字乡村、体育强国建设具有重要现实意义。笔者运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,以数字技术助推农村公共体育服务高质量发展,实现供需“精准化”、治理“智慧化”、城乡“均等化”为目标,审视数字赋能农村公共体育服务发展过程中的现实困囿。发现当前农村公共体育服务存在数字基建薄弱阻滞供需精准匹配、数字壁垒固化制约智治深度融合、数字鸿沟加深掣肘城乡服务均等等症结。研究建议:加快数字基建建设,提升需求感知能力;打造数字信息链条,增强信息共享效率;培养居民数字素养,助力城乡均衡发展。Digital empowerment is a favorable push to promote the high-quality development of rural public sports services,an important means to promote the comprehensive development of mass sports,and of great practical significance to the promotion of digital countryside and the construction of a strong sports country.By using literature,logical analysis and other methods,and using digital technology to promote the high-quality development of rural public sports services,in order to realize the development goal of accurate supply and demand,intelligent governance,and equalization between urban and rural areas,this paper examines the practical difficufties of digitally-enabled rural public sports services in the prpcess.It finds that there are problems such as weak digital infrastructure hindering the accurate matching of supply and demand,solidified digital barriers restricting the deep integration of intelligence and governance,and deepened digital divide restricting the equalization of urban and rural services.It is suggested to accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure to enhance the ability of demand perception,build digital information chain to enhance the efficiency of information sharing,and cultivate the digital literacy of residents to help the balanced development of urban and rural areas.
