摘 要:笔者运用文献资料、实地调查和专家访谈等研究方法,构建了民族体育文化演艺商业模式理论模型,并以《禅宗大典》为例分析了民族体育文化演艺产业的商业模式的经验与启示。研究表明:民族体育文化演艺产业的商业模式模型涉及价值主张、价值创造、价值交易和价值获取等四大单元和目标客户、价值内容、核心资源、关键业务、宣传渠道、交易渠道、收入形式和成本结构等八大要素。《禅宗大典》商业模式的成功为我国民族体育文化演艺产业的商业化运作提供了经验与启示,即民族体育文化演艺产业要根据市场需求和自身资源状况明确价值定位。通过多元化的融资手段、多样化的价值延伸途径、充分利用名人效应与现代科技来完善价值创造机制,并以丰富的价值交易渠道实现产品的顺利销售。By using the research methods of literature review,field investigation and expert interview,this paper constructs a theoretical model for the business model of national sports cultural performing arts,and analyzes the business model experience and its inspiration by taking Zen Ceremony as an example.The research shows the theoretical model of the business model for national sports cultural performing arts industry includes four units(value proposition,value creation,value transaction and value acquisition)and eight elements(target customers,value content,core resources,key businesses,publicity channels,transaction channels,income forms and cost structure).The success of the commercial operation of Zen Ceremony provides experience and enlightenment for the commercial operation of China's national sports performing arts,clarifying the value orientation according to the market demand and its own resource situation,by means of diversified financing and value extension ways,celebrity effect and modern technology to improve the value creation mechanism,and realize the sales of products with rich value trading channels.
