摘　　要：加快建设体育强国需要体育政策的保障。科学认识新阶段体育政策的鲜明特征是何、为何要发展体育政策、如何发展体育政策,对于加快建设体育强国具有重要意义。研究认为:在精准把握时代要求的前提下,必须坚持系统观念,加快出台体育强国总体规划和具体规划;必须坚持问题导向,为体育事业高质量发展保驾护航;必须坚持人民至上,形成人民所喜爱、所认同的体育政策;必须坚持胸怀天下,为世界体育贡献中国智慧,以期增强体育政策的科学性,为加快建设体育强国提供坚实的制度支撑,促进体育事业高质量发展。Speeding up the construction of a strong sports country needs the guarantee of sports policy.It is of great significance to know scientifically what,why and how to develop the sports policy at the new stage.On the premise of accurately grasping the requirements of the times,it is mecessory to adhere to the systematic concept and speed up the introduction of the overall plan and specific plan of a sports power;stick to the problem orientation to protect the high-quality development of sports;persever in the supremacy of the people and form a sports policy that the people love and agree with;persist in thinking about the world and contribute China's wisdom to world sports,so as to enhance the scientific nature of sports policy,provide solid institutional support for accelerating the construction of a sports power and promote sports high-quality development.
