摘 要:乡村体育教师是乡村体育和教育事业发展的基础,教师胜任力在其中发挥关键性作用。采用德尔菲法结合扎根理论研究方法构建了8个维度、46个指标的乡村小学体育教师胜任力评估指标体系,并结合改进GRA-TOPSIS评价法对乡村小学体育教师核心胜任力进行评估。结果表明:改进的GRA-TOPSIS评价法可以客观反映权重数值,能有效评估乡村小学体育教师核心胜任力和识别各乡村小学体育教师的胜任力偏差等问题。Rural physical education teachers are the foundation of the development of rural physical education and education,in which teacher professional competence plays a key role.Based on the review of the research results,a professional competence evaluation index system of rural primary school physical education teachers with 8 dimensions and 46 indicators was constructed by using Delphi method and grounded theory,and the core competence of rural primary school physical education teachers was evaluated by combining the improved GRA-TOPSIS evaluation method.The results show that the improved GRA-TOPSIS evaluation method can objectively reflect the weight value,and can effectively evaluate the core competence of PE teachers in rural primary schools and identify the competence deviation of PE teachers in rural primary schools.The evaluation indexes and competence lompetence models constructed in this study have significant effects.
