自我效能理论视域下基本运动技能的干预研究进展及展望

摘　　要：为探讨自我效能理论在基本运动技能干预中的应用进展及未来研究方向,笔者通过文献综述和思辨分析,回顾了理论基础,分析了国内外研究成果和应用局限。指出:1)自我效能感的提高能够促进技能学习和维持,可通过目标设定、模型学习和反馈策略得以实现;2)可采用问卷法和行为观察法准确测量自我效能感;3)自我效能感的干预策略设计需考虑个体差异、环境和教学策略,还需要关注实施效果和长期效应。本研究提出展望:1)开发精细、有效的自我效能感测量工具;2)促进跨学科研究与应用;3)长期关注干预策略的设计和实施效果;4)探索科技辅助训练方法,如人工智能、神经科学和大数据技术的应用,以提高训练效率和效果。To explore the application progress and future research directions of self-efficacy theory in basic sports skill intervention,and with literature review and speculative analysis,the theoretical basis is reviewed,and the research results and application limitations at home and abroad are analyzed.Research results are as follows.Firstly,the improvement of self-efficacy can promote skill learning and maintenance,which can be achieved through goal setting,model learning and feedback strategies;secondly,questionnaires and behavioral observation methods can be used to accurately measure of self-efficacy;Lastly,The design of intervention strategies of self-efficacy need considering individual differences,environment and teaching strategies,and paying attention to implementation effects and long-term effects.It is suggested to develop sophisticated and effective self-efficacy measurement tools;promote interdisciplinary research and application;pay attention to the design and implementation effects of intervention strategies;and explore technology-assisted training methods,such as the application of artificial intelligence,neuroscience and big data technology,morder to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
