摘  要:研究目的:探讨弹力带抗阻训练对改善老年肌少症患者身体机能的影响,通过亚组分析探究不同亚组之间的有效性关系。研究方法:采用R(4.3.2)软件进行统计分析;采用I 2统计量表示研究间异质性的大小。研究对象:总计657名肌少症患者,共纳入10项随机对照试验(RCTs)。研究表明,弹力带抗阻训练在符合较新诊断标准(AWGS-2019)、60~70岁组、组合训练方式、频率在3次/周、持续时间在30~45分钟的肌少症患者的改善效果更好。本研究所有亚组间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究结论:弹力带抗阻训练是改善老年肌少症患者身体机能的有效方式。其效果受到诊断标准、年龄、训练方式、周期、持续时间和频率因素的影响。This study aims to examine the effects of elastic band resistance training on improving the physical function of elderly people with sarcopenia,by using subgroup analysis to differentiate the effectiveness among various subgroups.Statistical analysis was performed by using R software(version 4.3.2),with heterogeneity among studies measured by the I 2 statistic.The results show that a total of 10 randomized controlled trials(RCTs)involving 657 sarcopenia patients were included.The results indicate that elastic band resistance training is more effective in improving effects for sarcopenia patients who meet the updated diagnostic criteria(AWGS-2019),are aged 60-70,engage in combined training modes,train at a frequency of 3 sessions per week,and have sessions lasting 30-45 minutes.Differences across all subgroups were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is concluded that elastic band resistance training is an effective approach for improving the physical function of elderly people with sarcopenia.The efficacy is influenced by diagnostic criteria,age,training mode,duration,and frequency of sessions.
