摘　　要：2023年12月2日1时36分33秒云南省德宏傣族景颇族自治州芒市(24.26°N,98.08°E)发生M_(S)5.0地震,本文基于地震现场灾害损失调查、灾情资料收集整理与计算分析,阐述芒市M_(S)5.0地震发震构造、震源机制、地震烈度空间分布、房屋建筑与工程结构震害特征及原因,给出灾区房屋建筑震害矩阵,同时与云南省相同震级历史地震震害特征进行对比研究。结果表明,芒市M_(S)5.0地震震中位于龙陵-瑞丽断裂南段,性质为左旋走滑,其与震源机制解得到的结果一致,均为走滑破裂类型;地震最高烈度为Ⅵ度,受灾面积约为334 km^(2),烈度圈呈不规则椭圆状,长轴长27 km,短轴长15 km,等震线长轴方向为北东向,与距震中最近的龙陵-瑞丽断裂走向一致;地震造成的伤亡人数低于云南省不同区域同级别历史地震中的巧家M_(S)5.0地震、通海M_(S)5.0地震、云龙M_(S)5.1地震,失去住所人数、平均震害指数(除高于2021年云南省盈江M_(S)5.0地震外)和可比直接经济损失均低于云南省相同震级历史地震。基于本次地震受灾范围小、无人员伤亡、房屋建筑破坏与经济损失轻的震害特征,提出相应的地震灾害风险防范建议,为提高德宏州防震减灾、地震应急救援能力建设提供参考。M_(S)5.0 earthquake occurred,in Mnagshi(24.26°N,98.08°E),Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan Province,On December 2,2023.elaborating the characteristics and causes of seismogenic structure,focal mechanism,distribution characteristics of seisemic intensity,seismic damage of buildings and lifeline engineering,based on the calculation and analysis and field investigation of earthquake disaster and the collection of disaster data of the Mangshi M_(S)5.0.Calculated the earthquake-damage matrix of buildings.The results show that the epicenter of Mangshi M_(S)5.0 is located in the sourth of Longling-Ruili fault zone,which is mainly characterized by left-lateral strike-slip and is consistent with the results of focal mechanism,and is a strike-slip.The maximum intensity isⅥand the area is about 334 km^(2),the circle of intensity is irregularly elliptica,the long axis was 27 km and the short axis was 15 km,the long axis of the isoseismic line is NW direction,which is consistent with the Longling-Ruili fault closest to the epicen-ter.The number of casualties caused by the earthquake is lower than that of Qiaojia M_(S)5.0 earthquake,Tonghai M_(S)5.0 earthquake and Yunlong M_(S)5.1 earthquake,the number of lost homes,average earthquake damage index(except for the Yingjiang M_(S)5.0 earthquake,Yunnan Province in 2021)and comparable direct economic losses are all lower than that of the same magnitude historical earthquakes in Yunnan Province.the suggestions of risk prevention of earthquake disaster are put forward to provide reference for im-proving the ability of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction and emergency rescue in Dehong prefecture,based on the character-istics of small disaster area,no casualties,building damage and economic loss.
