摘 要:随着全球对丙烯需求的持续攀升,丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺受到关注。然而,该工艺潜藏着不容忽视的安全隐患。为确保生产安全稳定,降低事故风险,深入且全面地剖析其工艺过程中的潜在危险性十分重要。本文以UOP公司的Oleflex丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺为研究对象,分析该工艺技术从原料输入、中间物料处理到产物生成的整个工艺流程中存在的潜在危险性,有助于精准识别丙烷脱氢制丙烯工艺潜在危险因素,进而采取有效的安全技术对策,可供丙烷脱氢制丙烯企业参考。As the global demand for propylene continues to rise,the process of propane dehydrogenation to propylene has attracted attention.However,there are potential safety hazards that cannot be ignored in this process.In order to ensure safe and stable production and reduce the risk of accidents,it is important to have an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the potential hazards in the process.This paper takes UOP's Oleflex propane dehydrogenation to propylene process as the research object,analyzes the potential hazards in the whole process from raw material input,intermediate material processing to product generation,which is helpful to accurately identify the potential risk factors of the propane dehydrogenation to propylene process,and then take effective safety technical countermeasures.It can be used as a reference for propane dehydrogenation to propylene enterprises.
