摘  要:随着农业的快速发展,农产品加工带来的环境污染问题日益凸显。为推动经济向可持续发展转型,政府实施了严格的碳税政策,虽然促使农产品制造商采用绿色生产方式以降低碳排放,但也导致其运营成本上升,进一步加剧了财务危机。针对由农产品供应商、银行和资金约束的农产品制造商构成的农业供应链,设计了一种基于区块链的信用担保绿色银行融资模式(BPF),以解决信息不对称导致的融资困境。在此模式下,构建了一个供应商主导的农业供应链Stackelberg博弈模型,并运用逆向归纳法求解最优运营决策。研究发现,绿色融资的最优决策不仅取决于信用担保系数、销售成功概率等传统因素,还受到市场需求变化等多重因素的影响;基于区块链技术的绿色融资模式不仅能够有效降低信息不对称,还能促进农业供应链的绿色转型和低碳发展。该研究为农业供应链的绿色融资与碳减排决策提供了新的理论支持和实践指导,对于推动农业可持续发展、实现乡村振兴战略目标以及应对全球气候变化挑战具有重要意义。The rapid agricultural development has witnessed the increasingly acute environmental pollution caused by agricultural product processing.To promote the transition towards sustainable economic development,the government has implemented stringent carbon tax policies.Although these policies do encourage agricultural product manufacturers to adopt green production methods for the reduction of carbon emissions,they also lead to higher operational costs and further exacerbating financial crises.To address the financial constraints caused by information asymmetry in the agricultural supply chain concerning agricultural product supplier,banks,and financially constrained agricultural product manufacturers,this study proposes a blockchain-based credit guarantee green bank financing model(BPF).Under this financing model,a supplier-led agricultural supply chain of Stackelberg game model is constructed and the optimal operational decision is solved by using the reverse induction method.It is revealed that the optimal decision for green financing not only depends on traditional factors such as credit guarantee coefficients and product sales success probabilities,but also is influenced by multiple factors such as market demand fluctuations.Moreover,the blockchain-based green financing model can effectively reduce information asymmetry,promote the green transformation and low-carbon development of the agricultural supply chain.This study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for green financing and carbon reduction decision-making in the agricultural supply china,which is of great significance for promoting sustainable agricultural development,achieving the rural revitalization objective,and addressing global challenges of the climate change.
