摘 要:在当前我国积极推进物流行业绿色低碳转型的背景下,快递循环包装箱回收对于降低资源消耗、减少环境污染、推动绿色物流发展具有重要的现实意义。针对快递循环包装箱回收系统,基于Web of Science和CNKI数据库,运用VOSviewer可视化工具对2016-2024年的国内外相关文献进行计量分析,系统梳理了研究主题的演进脉络,发现用户行为决策、回收网络路径优化、回收运营模式创新和宏观政策机制是当前研究的主要维度。用户行为决策研究消费者参与回收的影响因素及决策机制;回收网络路径优化聚焦于运输路径和回收网络的优化;回收运营模式创新研究了不同归还方式和激励机制,以及物流信息系统的优化;宏观政策机制则从政策建议和立法角度为快递循环包装箱的推广提供支持。尽管已取得一定成果,但现有研究仍存在激励措施精准性不足、物流信息系统兼容性差、研究成果转化难、模型与实际场景脱节、政策执行力度不足、立法不完善等问题。据此提出未来研究应通过“理论突破-技术验证-模式迭代-政策反馈”的螺旋式创新机制,推动快递循环包装箱回收系统的高质量发展。Against the backdrop of China's active promotion of the green and low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry,the recycling of express delivery circular packaging boxes is of great practical significance for reducing the pollution caused by express packaging waste and promoting the development of green logistics,and it has become one of the emerging research directions in green logistics.Based on the literature data from 2016 to 2024 in the Web of Science and CNKI databases,this study conducts a bibliometric analysis using the VOSviewer visualization tool and systematically combs the evolution of the research topic.The study finds that the existing achievements mainly focus on four dimensions:user behavior decision-making,optimization of recycling network routes,innovation of recycling operation models,and macro policy mechanisms.However,there are some problems such as insufficient precision of incentive measures in practical promotion,poor compatibility of logistics information systems,difficulties in the transformation of research achievements,disconnection between models and actual scenarios,and imperfect policy implementation and legislation.Accordingly,it is proposed that future research should focus on the innovation mechanism of“theoretical breakthrough-technical verification-model iteration-policy feedback”to further promote the in-depth promotion and high-quality development of express delivery circular packaging boxes.
