摘 要:为研究不同再生骨料取代率对自密实混凝土徐变性能的影响,进行再生骨料自密实混凝土受压徐变性能试验.结果表明,随着再生骨料取代率的增加,混凝土抗压强度和弹性模量均逐步降低;在50%、70%和100%取代率下的混凝土28 d受压总徐变度分别增大8.48%、27.63%和36.15%,120 d受压总徐变度分别增大0.12%、17.38%和34.71%.孔结构和微观形貌表明,再生骨料的掺入增加了混凝土微结构的细小裂纹和有害孔洞,从而导致宏观性能降低.引入再生骨料取代率作为修正系数,其模型预测值与试验值的残差百分比在9%以内,提出的再生骨料自密实混凝土受压徐变预测模型具有较好的精度.In order to study the influence of different recycled aggregate replacement rates on the creep performance of self-compacting concrete,the experimental study on the compressive creep performance of recycled aggregate self-compacting concrete was carried out.The results show that with the increase of recycled aggregate replacement rate,the compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete decrease gradually.Under the replacement rate of 50%,70%and 100%,the 28 d total compressive creep degree of concrete degree increased by 8.48%,27.63%and 36.15%respectively,and the 120 d total compressive creep increased by 0.12%,17.38%and 34.71%respectively.The pore structure and microstructure show that the incorporation of recycled aggregate increases the fine cracks and harmful holes in the microstructure of concrete,which leads to the decrease of macro performance.The replacement rate of recycled aggregate is introduced as the correction coefficient,and the residual percentage between the predicted value of the model and the experimental value is within 9%.The proposed prediction model of compressive creep of recycled aggregate self-compacting concrete has good accuracy.
