摘　　要：目的:探究倍他司汀联合氢溴酸山莨菪碱治疗眩晕症的效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2024年11月榆林市横山区人民医院耳鼻喉科收治的眩晕症患者72例,基于随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,各36例。参照组采用氢溴酸山莨菪碱治疗,观察组采用倍他司汀联合氢溴酸山莨菪碱治疗。比较两组眩晕症状评分、近期疗效及药物相关不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组眩晕障碍程度评定量表、汉化眩晕症状评分简化量表评分降低,观察组低于参照组(P<0.05);观察组痊愈率高于参照组(P=0.046);两组药物相关不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:倍他司汀与氢溴酸山莨菪碱联合治疗能够改善眩晕症患者的眩晕症状,近期疗效较好且不良反应少。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of betahistine combined with anisodamine hydrobromide in the treatment of vertigo.Methods:A total of 72 patients with vertigo admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Yulin Hengshan District People's Hospital,from December 2021 to November 2024 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group received anisodamine hydrobromide monotherapy,while the observation group received combined treatment with betahistine and anisodamine hydrobromide.The vertigo symptom scores,short-term efficacy,and incidence of drug-related adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of the Vertigo Handicap Questionnaire and the Chinese Vertigo Symptom Scale-Short Form decreased in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly lower scores than the reference group(P<0.05).The cure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.046).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of betahistine and anisodamine hydrobromide can effectively alleviate vertigo symptoms,demonstrating superior short-term efficacy without increasing adverse reactions.
