药物治疗管理在老年2型糖尿病合并周围神经炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察药物治疗管理在老年2型糖尿病合并周围神经炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月北京市通州区台湖镇次渠社区卫生服务中心接诊的2型糖尿病合并周围神经炎患者148例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各74例。对照组接受常规用药指导,观察组接受药物治疗管理。对比两组治疗依从性、血糖水平、不良反应发生率。结果:干预前,两组Morisky用药依从性量表评分对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组Morisky用药依从性量表评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.001)。干预前,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.028)。结论:药物治疗管理在老年2型糖尿病合并周围神经炎患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者治疗依从性,改善血糖控制水平,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To evaluate the effect of medication therapy management in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by peripheral neuritis.Methods:A total of 148 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by peripheral neuritis treated at Beijing Tongzhou District Taihu Town Ciqu Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,74 cases in each group.The control group received routine medication guidance,while the observation group received structured medication therapy management.Treatment adherence,blood glucose level,and adverse reaction rates were compared between the two groups.Results:At baseline,no significant differences existed in Morisky Medication Adherence Scale scores between groups(P>0.05).Post-intervention,both groups showed increased Morisky Medication Adherence Scale scores,with the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.001).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.028).Conclusion:Medication therapy management significantly improves medication adherence,optimizes glycemic parameters,and reduces adverse events in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by peripheral neuritis.
