摘 要:目的:观察盐酸纳布啡复合丙泊酚麻醉用于纤维支气管镜检查的效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于河池市人民医院接受无痛纤维支气管镜检查的患者300例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为低剂量组(0.1 mg/kg纳布啡复合丙泊酚)、高剂量组(0.2 mg/kg纳布啡复合丙泊酚)、对照组(0.1μg/kg舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚),每组100例。比较三组不良反应发生率、苏醒时间、丙泊酚用量、体动反应。结果:低剂量组、高剂量组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。低剂量组、高剂量组苏醒时间短于对照组,丙泊酚用量低于对照组(P<0.05);低剂量组苏醒时间短于高剂量组,丙泊酚用量低于高剂量组(P<0.05)。低剂量组、高剂量组检查时体动反应弱于对照组(P<0.05);低剂量组、高剂量组检查时的体动反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:与舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚相比,纳布啡复合丙泊酚应用于纤维支气管镜检查不良反应发生率较低,镇静效果较好,并且0.1 mg/kg纳布啡可缩短术后苏醒时间,减少丙泊酚用量。Objective:To observe the efficacy of nalbuphine hydrochloride combined with propofol anesthesia in fiberoptic bronchoscopy.Methods:Three hundred patients undergoing painless fiberoptic bronchoscopy at Hechi People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a low-dose group(0.1 mg/kg nalbuphine combined with propofol),a high-dose group(0.2 mg/kg nalbuphine combined with propofol),and a control group(0.1μg/kg sufentanil combined with propofol),with 100 cases in each group.The incidence of adverse reactions,recovery time,propofol dosage,and body movement response during the procedure were compared among the three groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the low-dose and high-dose groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time in the low-dose and high-dose groups was shorter,and the propofol dosage was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time in the low-dose group was shorter,and the propofol dosage was lower than those in the high-dose group(P<0.05).Body movement response during the procedure in the low-dose and high-dose groups was weaker than that in the control group(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference in body movement response was observed between the low-dose and high-dose groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with sufentanil combined with propofol,nalbuphine combined with propofol for fiberoptic bronchoscopy results in a lower incidence of adverse reactions,better sedative effects,and the use of 0.1 mg/kg nalbuphine further shortens postoperative recovery time and reduces propofol dosage.
