摘　　要：目的:探讨阶段式延续性护理对脑卒中后上肢协调障碍患者的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年12月吉林大学中日联谊医院收治的脑卒中后上肢协调障碍患者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组采取阶段式延续性护理,对照组行常规护理。比较两组神经功能、日常生活能力和生活质量评分变化,统计两组依从性。结果:干预后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低,Barthel指数、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性等级优于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:针对脑卒中后上肢协调障碍者实施阶段式延续性护理,可改善神经功能,提高日常生活活动能力及生活质量,患者依从性较高。Objective:To evaluate the effects of phased continuous care on upper limb coordination disorders in post-stroke patients.Methods:Eighty patients with post-stroke upper limb coordination disorders admitted to China-Japan Union Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received phased continuous care,while the control group received routine nursing.Neurological function,activities of daily living,quality of life,and compliance were compared between groups.Results:After the intervention,both groups showed reduced National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores and increased Barthel Index and World Health Organization Quality of Life scores,the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group exhibited better compliance levels than the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:Phased continuous care effectively improves neurological recovery,activities of daily living performance,and quality of life in post-stroke patients with upper limb coordination disorders,with high patient compliance.
