摘　　要：目的:探讨手术室感染控制小组护理在乳腺癌手术患者中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年9月—2024年9月在德州市齐河县人民医院接受乳腺癌根治术的60例女性患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=30,常规手术室感染控制护理)和观察组(n=30,在对照组基础上实施手术室感染控制护理小组干预)。对比两组感染控制质量、住院时间、医疗费用、术后感染率、护理满意度。结果:观察组手术前消毒措施、手术中无菌操作执行情况、手术后伤口护理、抗生素使用合理性、术后感染监测与处理评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,医疗费用、术后感染率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.032)。结论:手术室感染控制护理小组能够有效提高乳腺癌手术患者的术后感染控制质量,缩短住院时间,降低医疗费用、术后感染率,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective:To evaluate the application value of operating room infection control team nursing intervention in breast cancer surgery patients.Methods:Sixty female patients undergoing radical surgery for breast cancer at Dezhou Qihe County People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2024 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=30,receiving routine operating room infection control care)and an observation group(n=30,receiving operating room infection control team nursing intervention based on routine care).Infection control quality,hospital stay duration,medical costs,postoperative infection rate,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group demonstrated significantly higher scores than the control group in preoperative disinfection measures,intraoperative aseptic technique compliance,postoperative wound care,rational antibiotic use,and postoperative infection monitoring and management(P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter hospital stay,lower medical costs,and reduced postoperative infection rate compared to the control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P=0.032).Conclusion:The operating room infection control team nursing intervention effectively improves postoperative infection control quality,shortens hospital stays,reduces medical costs and infection rates,and enhances nursing satisfaction in breast cancer surgery patients.
