摘　　要：目的:评估护理快速反应对老年病房护理安全管理工作质量的影响。方法:选取南京市东部战区总医院2022年1月—2024年12月老年病房收治的210例慢性病老年患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(行常规安全管理)与观察组(在对照组基础上加用护理快速反应),各105例。对比两组护理工作质量、不良事件发生情况、满意度。结果:观察组护士工作能力、患者诉求感知力、职业素养、反应速度评分高于对照组(P<0.001);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P=0.030);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P=0.037)。结论:老年病房护理安全管理中加用护理快速反应,可以提高护理工作质量,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To evaluate the impact of nursing rapid response on the quality of care safety management in geriatric wards.Methods:A total of 210 elderly patients with chronic diseases admitted to the Geriatric Ward of Nanjing Eastern Theater General Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(receiving routine safety management)and an observation group(receiving nursing rapid response on the basis of control group),with 105 cases in each group.Nursing quality,incidence of adverse events,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group demonstrated significantly higher scores in nurses'work competency,patient demand perception,professional competence,and response speed compared to the control group(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.030).The overall satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.037).Conclusion:Implementing nursing rapid response in geriatric ward safety management improves nursing quality,reduces incidence of adverse events,and enhances patient satisfaction.
