唯物史观视域下新质生产力理论价值探析

摘　　要：习近平总书记站在世界历史性高度提出新质生产力范畴,是当代中国共产党人创造性地发挥历史主动精神、自觉践行“两个结合”的集中体现。在唯物史观视域内,新质生产力内含新技术和新制度二重规定性。一方面,新质生产力将劳动者的能力提升到崭新高度,智能化机器体系作为新型劳动资料,通过学习人类行为,自主地调节生产,提高全要素生产率,创造财富新形态,实现了创新与产业链的无缝对接。另一方面,中国特色社会主义制度自我更新的品格作为制度规定性赋予新质生产力历史内涵与价值特征,制度创新是生产力不断扩容的关键。新质生产力的出场是新时代中国特色社会主义制度的重大历史事件,在大国竞争中具有极其重要的战略意义,在理论层面丰富和发展了唯物史观基本原理,必将推动中国式现代化创造人类文明新形态。Proposing the concept of new quality productive forces from a world-historical perspective is a creative manifestation of contemporary Chinese Communists exercising historical initiative and consciously practicing the integration of“two combinations”.Within the framework of historical materialism,the essence of new quality productive forces is defined by both technological innovation and institutional reform.On one hand,new quality productive forces elevate the capabilities of laborers to new heights.Intelligent machinery systems,as novel means of labor,learn from human behavior,autonomously regulate production,enhance overall factor productivity,create new forms of wealth,and achieve seamless integration of innovation with industrial chains.On the other hand,the self-renewal character of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,as an institutional stipulation,imbues new quality productive forces with historical connotations and value attributes.Institutional innovation is key to the continuous expansion of productive forces.The emergence of new quality productive forces marks a significant historical event in the development of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the new era and holds immense strategic importance in the competition among major powers.Theoretically,it enriches and develops the fundamental principles of historical materialism and will inevitably propel the creation of a new form of civilization through Chinese-style modernization.
