摘　　要：未来产业是新质生产力的重要组成部分,其前瞻布局对于构建现代化产业体系、推动产业转型和经济高质量发展具有重要意义。然而,未来产业技术路线和市场成熟进程的不确定性,增加了前瞻布局和战略布局的难度。本文从保持战略敏捷的角度出发,探讨如何深刻认识未来技术发展趋势、结合未来产业形态特征布局重大项目、构建体系化的前沿预见机制、建立可持续的投入增长机制以及形成全环节加速的未来产业生态,以占据未来产业发展的战略主动。同时,结合国际权威机构前沿技术预测及国内外典型案例,为未来产业发展提供参考。Future-oriented industries constitute a crucial component of new quality productive forces,and their prospective layout is vital for constructing a modern industrial system,driving industrial transformation,and fostering high-quality economic development.However,uncertainties in technological pathways and market maturity pose significant challenges for prospective and strategic layouts.From the perspective of strategic agility,this study explores how to accurately grasp future technological trends,align major industrial projects with emerging industrial structures,establish a systematic foresight mechanism,develop a sustainable investment growth strategy,and construct a fully accelerated future-oriented industrial ecosystem to secure strategic advantages in industrial development.Meanwhile,drawing on predictions from leading international institutions and typical cases worldwide,the study provides references for future-oriented industrial development strategies.
