摘　　要：本文以深圳市60家大型电子信息企业总部为对象,基于2000年、2010年和2023年三个时间节点数据,运用全局莫兰指数、空间集中系数、逻辑回归模型等方法,探究深圳市大型电子信息企业总部空间分布与迁移特征,并总结两种企业总部分布模式,以及四个主要影响因素。研究表明:深圳市大型电子信息企业总部的集聚趋势不断加强,呈现出“双核集聚”的空间格局;大型电子信息企业总部的迁移选址主要倾向于市内同区的空间维度,且倾向于布局在拥有资源与政策优势的园区平台;城市中心区对企业总部具有强吸引力,部分企业总部由于制造成本考量会迁移到城市外围区;深圳市大型电子信息企业总部的空间分布模式可概括为平台引导集聚型、龙头带动集聚型两种;政策平台、集聚经济、交通区位、创新环境是影响大型电子信息企业总部空间分布的主要因素。This study examines the spatial distribution and relocation characteristics of the headquarters of 60 large electronic information enterprises in Shenzhen,utilizing data from 2000,2010,and 2023.Employing methods such as the Global Moran’s I,Spatial Concentration Coefficient,and Logistic Regression Model,the study identifies three dominant spatial patterns of corporate headquarters distribution and four key determinants.The findings indicate that the clustering trend of electronics giants’headquarters in Shenzhen has been strengthening,forming a“dual-core agglomeration”spatial pattern.Relocation decisions are primarily made within the same district,with a preference for business parks that offer resource and policy advantages.The central urban area has a strong attraction for corporate headquarters.However,some corporate headquarters will relocate to the peripheral areas of the city due to considerations of manufacturing costs.The corporate spatial distribution patterns can be categorized into three types:high-tech zone clustering,leading enterprise clustering,and platform-driven clustering.Key determinants influencing the spatial distribution of corporate headquarters include policy support,agglomeration economies,transportation accessibility,and the innovation environment.
