商洛市农村基本公共服务与乡村振兴的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：商洛市由于地理位置较为偏远、经济发展相对滞后,农村基本公共服务与乡村振兴的发展较为严峻。文中运用熵权法和耦合协调模型,探究商洛市农村基本公共服务与乡村振兴的协同发展情况。结果显示,尽管商洛市农村基本公共服务与乡村振兴均有显著进展,但公共服务发展滞后于乡村振兴,表现出地区差异与不均衡现象。各县区在服务质量和基础设施方面存在明显差距,尤其是柞水县。耦合协调度显示,基本公共服务水平偏低制约了乡村振兴,亟需政策支持与资源投入,以实现两者的同步发展与整体提升。提出了优化公共服务供给、推动乡村产业振兴及构建区域联动机制等多项建议,以实现农村基本公共服务与乡村振兴的同步发展,促进区域的全面协调发展。Due to its remote geographical location and relatively slow economic development,the rural basic public services and rural revitalization in Shangluo City face significant challenges.using the entropy weight method and the coupling coordination model,it explores the synergistic development of rural basic public serv-ices and rural revitalization in Shangluo.The results indicate that although both rural basic public services and rural revitalization have made significant progress,the development of public services lags behind rural revital-ization,exhibiting regional disparities and imbalances.There are notable differences in service quality and in-frastructure among counties,particularly in Zhashui County.The coupling coordination degree shows that the low level of basic public services restricts rural revitalization,necessitating policy support and resource invest-ment to achieve synchronized development and overall improvement of both areas.several recommendations are made,including optimizing public service supply,promoting rural industrial revitalization,and establishing regional cooperation mechanisms to ensure the synchronized development of rural basic public services and ru-ral revitalization,thereby facilitating comprehensive coordinated regional development.
