摘　　要：杏组织培养技术是杏优良品种扩繁保存、新品种选育以及遗传转化体系建立的有效途径。文中综述了近些年来国内外杏组织培养研究现状,涵括了外植体选择及灭菌方法、培养基类型及其添加物、组培所需环境条件及存在问题、育种过程中的应用现状以及对杏组培研究的前景展望,旨在对我国杏组培技术的研究进展和存在问题进行梳理并提出相应建议,以资借鉴。Apricot tissue culture technology is an effective way to expand and preserve excellent apricot varie-ties,improve varieties,and establish a genetic transformation system.This article reviews the current research status of apricot tissue culture both domestically and internationally in recent years,including the selection and sterilization methods of explants,types of culture media and their additives,environmental conditions and ex-isting problems required for tissue culture,application status in the breeding process,and prospects for apricot tissue culture research.The aim is to sort out the research progress and existing problems of apricot tissue cul-ture technology in China and provide corresponding suggestions for reference.
