摘 要:高校开展思政教育与就业教育融合已势在必行。当前,对于矿业类专业思想政治教育与就业教育的融合,存在适应矿业行业需求的能力不足,对职业道德与安全教育的重视不够,学生就业竞争力不强等现状。高校矿业类专业在人才培养过程中,应坚持“思政引领、创新驱动、融合发展”和“品德、工匠、创造”的双轨道培养机制,创新就业教育理念,明晰就业教育培养目标,认识教育元素,加强专业认同度与专业信心教育,创新教学方法,帮助学生完成角色身份转换,开发创新实践内容,强化工程伦理意识,坚持思政教育内涵,探索并深入推进“素思、专思、就思”三融合思政育人模式。It is imperative for colleges and universities to integrate ideological and political education with employment education.Nowadays,with respect to the integration of ideological and political education as well as employment education of mining majors,there are certain conditions as follows,insufficient ability to adapt to the needs of mining industry,insufficient emphasis on professional ethics and safety education,and weak employment competitiveness of the students.In the process of talents training,while adhering to the dual-track training requirements of“ideological and political leadership,innovation-driven,integrated development”and“moral character,craftsman and creation”,mining majors in colleges and universities are supposed to innovate the employment education concept,clarify the training objectives of employment education,understand the educational elements,strengthen professional recognition and professional confidence education,refresh teaching methods,and help students complete the role and identity transformation.While developing innovative practical content,strengthening the penetration of engineering ethical consciousness,persisting on the connotation of ideological and political education,the triple combination of“habitual thinking,focusing meditating,targeted cogitating”for ideological and political education model will be explored and further promoted.
