摘 要:随着我国矿山开采深部化和复杂化,传统的钻爆法巷道掘进效率低、安全隐患突出。为解决上述问题,全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)逐渐成为矿山巷道掘进的重要技术手段。然而,TBM在矿山巷道掘进中仍面临地层适应性、装备标准化、掘进与钻孔施工冲突、组装拆除等问题。针对上述问题,在总结矿山TBM发展现状和问题的基础上,从矿山TBM作业线成套装备、随掘随探技术和掘进参数智能控制3个方面介绍了矿山TBM未来发展趋势。具体包括开发锚杆、锚索自动安装设备,开发满足TBM转弯和上下山掘进排渣要求的皮带机系统,研发TBM管线自动化接续设备,开发适合于TBM搭载的地质探测系统,以及基于人工智能算法的掘进参数智能控制系统。上述研究成果为进一步扩大矿山TBM的适用范围、提高TBM在矿山井巷掘进中的施工效率指明了发展方向。With the deepening and complexification of coal mine exploitation in China,the traditional drilling and blasting method for roadway excavation is no longer able to meet the demands of high efficiency and safety.Tunnel boring machines(TBM)have gradually become an important technical means for mine roadway excavation due to their advantages of high efficiency,environmental friendliness,and safety.This paper systematically analyzes the application status of TBM in mine roadway excavation in China,summarizes existing technical achievements and existing problems,and prospects for future development trends.TBM has achieved remarkable results in mine roadway excavation,but still faces challenges such as insufficient adaptability to complex geological conditions,lack of equipment standardization,conflicts between tunneling and drilling construction,and difficulties in assembly and dismantling.To address these issues,this paper introduces the future development trends of mine TBM from three aspects:complete sets of equipment for mine TBM operation lines,tunneling while prospecting technology,and intelligent control of tunneling parameters.The research results obtained in this paper provide a clear direction for further expanding the applicable scope of mine TBM and improving the construction efficiency of TBM in mine roadway excavation.
