摘 要:以宏祥煤业浅埋薄煤层工作面切顶卸压沿空留巷为工程背景,为了解决浅埋薄煤层工作面沿空留巷巷道围岩控制难的问题,结合91211巷道顶板围岩结构特征钻孔全景成像结果,提出了合理的预裂爆破切顶卸压技术方案,结合91306工作面回采矿压显现规律,提出了具体的91211巷道合理分区及围岩控制方案,并开展了现场试验与矿压监测,检验与评价了相关技术方案的工程应用效果,最终成功在宏祥煤业91211巷道实施了切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,保障了91306及91308工作面的安全高效生产。In this paper,the engineering background of Hongxiang Coal mine in shallow and thin coal seam is to keep roadway along goaf with cutting top and unloading pressure.In order to solve the problem of difficult control of surrounding rock along goaf of shallow and thin coal seam working face.Combined with the panoramic borehole imaging results of the structure characteristics of the roof surrounding rock of 91211 roadway,a reasonable technical scheme of pre-split-blasting for top cutting and pressure relief was proposed.Combined with the law of mining pressure appearance of 91306 working face,a specific reasonable zoning and surrounding rock control scheme of 91211 roadway was proposed,and field tests and mine pressure monitoring were carried out.The engineering application effect of the relevant technical scheme was tested and evaluated.Finally,the top cutting and pressure relief technology was successfully implemented in the 91211 roadway of Hongxiang Coal mine,ensuring the safe and efficient production of 91306 and 91308 working faces.
