摘 要:为提高沿空留巷围岩整体稳定性,以矿井2203工作面为研究对象,针对留设巷道面临两次采动影响环境下围岩稳定性较差的问题,提出利用高水充填材料进行巷旁充填技术,通过理论计算确定了充填体支护宽度应不小于1.38 m,确定高水充填材料水灰比为1.0∶1.5,在此基础上,提出了采用单体液压支柱和对拉锚杆分别对充填区域上方顶板和充填体进行支护加固技术工艺,取得了较好的实践应用效果,该技术能够有效改善围岩应力环境,降低巷道维护成本,在一定程度上实现工作面安全回采。In order to improve the overall stability of the surrounding rock along the empty roadway,taking the 2203 working face of the mine as the research object,aiming at the problem of poor stability of the surrounding rock in the environment under the influence of two mining,the roadside filling technology by using high-water filling materials is proposed,and the supporting width of the backfill body should not be less than 1.38 m through theoretical calculation.The water-cement ratio of the high-water backfill material is determined to be 1.0:1.5,and on this basis,the technical process of supporting and reinforcing the roof and backfill body above the filling area by using a single hydraulic pillar and a tie bolt is proposed,which has achieved good practical application results,which can effectively improve the stress environment of the surrounding rock,reduce the maintenance cost of the roadway,and realize the safe mining of the working face to a certain extent.
